Dr. Eric Grosse has been employed in higher education since 1987, currently serving as President & CEO of EFG Associates, Inc.  He has served as a faculty member (both adjunct and full-time), a Department Chair, a Division Chair, twice as an Academic Dean, and as Dean of Academic Development & Training.  Eric has been employed in many college environments including a community college, two for profit universities, a technical and engineering university, a private women’s college, and a top-tier research university.  He holds a doctorate in Adult & Continuing Education.

 

Dennis McGeehan served for seven years as an Academic Dean at a major regional university, where he was responsible for the Academics, Open Computer and Training Labs and Learning Resource departments at an urban campus in the Philadelphia area.  Dennis has mentored five new campus deans; recruited and developed numerous faculty and staff; facilitated student persistence and graduation; and chaired a key University-wide performance metrics committee.  For over 28 years, he has taught graduate and/or undergraduate Business, Humanities and Communications courses on campus or online for five postsecondary institutions.

 

 

Dr. LeGrand Fairbourn, a professional with over 30 years’ experience directing, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of instructional programs and information.  Most recently, LeGrand served as a Human Performance/Learning Consultant responsible for helping internal groups evaluate their processes and educational needs to see where change or education might be beneficial in improving their performance and implementing change to help them reach their goals.  Competencies include: evaluation and measurement, assessing educational requirements, designing educational solutions, project management, performance improvement, process evaluation, and competitive evaluation.  He holds a doctorate in Instructional Science and Technology.

 

Dr. Pavlo (Paul) Prokop is an education and training professional with nearly 20 years’ experience in a Fortune 5 company managing training projects valued in the millions of dollars. His global and domestic background focuses on implementing company-wide performance improvement initiatives, designing leading edge technological interventions including web-based training solutions, and project management of PI design and development teams.  He currently serves as Online Learning Trainer and Curriculum Designer for a major Washington DC university.  He holds a doctorate in Instructional Technology and a doctoral minor in Business Administration.
